Straw Grinding
We are now offering a straw grinding service using a Roto-Grind and one of our 718 Fendts. The outfit is able to chew its way through between roughly 25-30 quadrant bales of straw per hour, reducing it down to average length of about 35mm.

his means a massive saving in time, diesel and losses during feeding. The machine uses heavy duty hammers to smash the straw against grinding plates, meaning that instead of a clean cut the ends are frayed meaning more scratch factor encouraging better digestion.
